Taylor is to go before our 800+ member Church congregation on May 23rd to present her passion for the Starfish Foster Home in Xian, China. Please pray with us that our church family will help in raising funds for these beautiful children with special needs. Also, continue to pray for her as she leaves on June 15th to go to China to volunteer at the Starfish Foster Home for 3 weeks of her summer vacation. She has a heart for the children of China and loves these kids so much. She spends everyday talking to others about these kids and campaigning for their needs. She stays in contact with the Director of the Home to learn what the latest is on surgeries or ADOPTIONS!!! As of today, 13 are on the new shared needs list and 8 have families! Oh Praise God!! ...absolutely we will pray! I love it when God works through the youth. I will pray that the congregation's hearts are softened and understand our calling as Christians for these children and orphans of the world. SO happy to hear about this!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love that Taylor is going back to serve in China. Breanna has the same heart and hopes to go back to China in the future to intern at New Day, too! Oh how I wish we lived closer... our daughters would be GREAT friends! I can't wait to see how God moves though Breanna's heart during our trip in a few weeks. He is already cultivating it for sure!!
